On Remembrance day since it was a holiday we (the moms) decided that it was the dad's turn to have a daddy's get together. Usually us moms would meet once a month without the kids and have a nice dinner and dessert and take our time while our husbands are left at home to take care of our little ones.
So the plan was while the dads are having fun without us and the kids, we decided that we'll set a play date for all the kids. What I didn't know was they were also planning a surprise baby shower for dear old me! :)
My friends cooked and baked all the food and they even have games and prizes prepared!

It was an awesome day. After the baby shower, the dads still went out to the shooting range for the afternoon for their "me" time and the kids had their play date while the moms hang out.
