Cup-mada

My father in law has been on the roll making bread since he got his new breadmaker. He already made several dozens of pandesal which we love to have for breakfast and merienda/snack. Today I was able to taste his new creation called "Cup-mada". Yummm! Cupcake/ensaymada that I could probably eat a few per sitting. Great with a cup of coffee.
