Our Home Away From Home

During our 6 nights stay in San Diego we were so fortunate that we found a good place to stay. We stayed in Coronado Island just a bridge away from Downtown San Diego. We booked our stay in Loews Coronado Bay Resort Hotel. I made a lot of research and read a lot of reviews about different hotels and Steve and I decided to stay here. It was very clean, staffs were very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and safe. The hotel is in Parents 10 Best Family Resort and it really was very family friendly. When we checked in,  our daughter was asked to pick a toy as a welcome gift to her and she picked a travel size Fisher Price Doodle Pro (which she was very much into the whole trip). The lady from reception also handed us a sheet with all the activities that are scheduled for the kids for the whole week. There were swimming with the dolphins (inflatable ones), movies nights with free popcorn and lemonade by the poolside (or while your swimming), there was also smores night the last night we were there that included live music with marshmallows you can roast in a fire pit with Graham crackers and chocolates. There were hot chocolates and lemonades for the kids too.We enjoyed our time in our hotel and we wish we can stay longer.
